Hi, I’m Angel Bueno — a real estate professional and community-driven leader committed to equitable housing and meaningful connection. Born and raised in New York City, I relocated to Florida in 2006 and quickly fell in love with everything the Sunshine State has to offer.

With over a decade of combined experience across real estate, insurance, and sales, I’ve built my career on leadership, strong negotiation skills, and a deep commitment to serving others. I help buyers achieve their dream of homeownership, guide sellers through evolving markets, and mentor agents as they elevate their careers. My approach centers on collaboration, finding win-win solutions, and building long-term relationships rooted in trust and integrity.

I stay ahead of the curve by investing in continual education, adopting AI-driven tools, and forming strategic partnerships with local businesses to expand brand visibility and foster meaningful collaboration. My background also includes community fundraising, organizational leadership, and implementing modern marketing strategies across multiple social media platforms and creative tools.

I’m proud to hold the At Home with Diversity® (AHWD) certification, equipping me to better serve Tampa Bay’s diverse communities. As a 2024 graduate of the District 6 Leadership Institute, I’ve strengthened my skills in collaboration, innovation, and ethical leadership.

I’m proud to serve in several leadership roles, including 2026 Florida REALTORS® State Director for the Suncoast Tampa Association of REALTORS® (STAR), Trustee for the STAR Foundation supporting first-time homebuyers, Vice Chair of STAR’s Young Professionals Network, and Treasurer for the Tampa Chapter of the LGBTQ+ Real Estate Alliance. These positions allow me to champion fair and equal housing while helping build a more inclusive, community-focused real estate industry. In 2024, I was honored by the Tampa Bay Business Journal as a Business Leader in Pride for my work advancing fair and equal housing.

Outside of work, I love traveling, experiencing new cultures, and trying new cuisines wherever my journeys take me. At the heart of everything I do is a simple goal: to create meaningful connections and leave a positive, lasting impact on the people and communities I serve.
